Sunshine is a high-density housing tower designed to collect more solar energy than it can use. The collected energy can both fulfill its own needs and distribute energy to neighboring buildings: a power-source for the city. Sited in Los Angeles, Sunshine is specifically designed to tap into the city’s 330 days of annual sunshine.
